Scope of Support
We provide clients with free support to fix theme related bugs. Our themes are designed and tested to work with Drupal's core modules. Each theme is tested in the latest stable browser versions of Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Chrome. We do not offer free support for issues related to hosting, third party modules, or if you modify/hack the core theme files.
Submitting a Support Request
To receive support please login to your client account and use the support request link located on the right side of your my account page. When submitting a support request be sure to include details of how to replicate the issue and attach screen shots if applicable. Please also check our theme demos to verify the issue is with the theme and is not a hosting related issue or an issue with a third party module that your site is using.
Bug Fixes and Theme Updates
We will make our best effort to fix all legitimate theme related bugs in a timely manner. Critical bugs will be fixed asap and a patch will be provided so that you can immediately update your theme. Non-critical bugs will be fixed in the next scheduled theme update. For example, a theme is released as version 1.0. After release let's say that we identify 7 non-critical bugs. We'll make all these updates at one time and then release a 1.1 version of the theme.
Please feel free to submit feature requests. We'll review and if we confirm enough users have an interest we'll implement in a future theme release.
Can you help me with something this is not covered by your support policy?
Yes, we offer paid services for custom Drupal design and development. Please login to your client account and submit a request via the support request system. We'll respond with an estimate or to clarify your requirements.
