Theme Package Contents

Each theme package includes:

  • CMS Base Theme - this theme is the foundation for all of our themes and must be used in order for the other themes to work
  • [Theme Name] - the main theme that contains the graphics and CSS that create the look and feel of your site
  • [Theme Name] Custom - enable this sub-theme as your default theme and use to make any customizations. This will allow you to update the main theme with our theme updates without overwriting your customizations. If you need to make customizations please work in [Theme Name]_custom  for any css, image, or tpl.php related changes. For image changes please copy the images that you want to use from [Theme Name]/images theme folder to [Theme Name]_custom/images folder.
  • Drupal core and contributed modules and install profile required to setup your site as per our theme demos

Hi all,

I recently got the Theme Club Membership.

When I downloaded the CMS Perception theme and setup Drupal, my data was empty and therefore my frontpage was quite barren.

I would like to know how I can populate my Drupal database and populate the blocks or panels to make it look exactly like what the CMS Perception Live Demo site looks like.

Can you send a dump of the Drupal database containing the sample data you used to populate the demo site.

Or are there any instructions on how you setup the data to look like your "Live Demo" site?  If so, can you point me to them.

For example, how did you setup the blocks to have the "Describe your products", "Blog Entry", "Poll", "User login" etc.

It would help me get going faster if I could have the blocks/modules etc. you had setup for your demo site.

Also, for your "Demo site", do you use only Blocks or do you use the Panels module?

I have read that many sites avoid using Blocks and use Panels instead.  (e.g. create a Front Page Panel)

Thanks.

Hello. I am using the Theme CMS Contrast. I am wondering if there are any instructions on how to change the rotating banner on the front of the site. Thanks.
