Viewing useful information from Drupal's report systemViewing useful information from Drupal's report system

If you've never used it before, then you haven't been enjoying the realtime data available from Drupal's built-in report system. Users of the Admin_Menu can simply mouseover the REPORTS section and see a list of reports that you can view. Personally I use it frequently and find it to be rather handy. In this video I cover a few of the things I do with it as well as cover a few contributed modules that add to the functionality.

The contributed modules that added reports are
* Vistor Info: http://drupal.org/project/visitorinfo Shows you an interactive GoogleMap indicating where people are when they visit your site.
* Mollom anti-spam utility: http://drupal.org/project/mollom Show's a graph of all the spam that it did not allow to post to your site.
* Search Engine Referers: http://drupal.org/project/search_engine_referers Adds a link on your reports that shows which search engine was used, what they searched for, when, and what page they came to.
* Adsense: http://drupal.org/project/adsense Shows how many clicks each page is getting; can be organized by page or day.

Some of the reports available are:
* Recent Log Entries This shows the broader scope of activities happening on your site.: [When and who logged in or out, when cron was run, any PHP or MYSQL errors that occurred, spam that was blocked, pages not found, access denied, etc.]
* Recent Hits Shows you which pages have been viewed recently; including when, the IP address of the visitor, if the user is logged in it shows their name]
* Top "pages not found" & "access denied" Shows a detailed list of which pages are included, when they were hit, by whom, and where they were before they came there.
* Top Pages Shows you which pages on your site get the most traffic.
* Top Visitors Shows you who (by username OR IP) is coming to the site. Also gives you the option to BAN them from ever logging in again.
* Available Updates & Status Report Informs you of server configuration issues, core update status, contrib module status, and even suggests some configuration options for some modules.

I hope you find the video useful! Let us know if you do.

Is there anyway to increase the number of weeks 'top visitors" are displayed. Currently it's 16 weeks, but I would like to set it to 52.

Thanks in advance.
Lena
